I have to start by saying that the staff were exceptional and very accommodating. The entire space was clean and we were provided plenty of linen. The kitchen had everything I needed to reheat or prepare my meals. There's an Indian restaurant next door and at first, I was skeptical about the authenticity of the restaurant. I tried it one night and was pleasantly pleased. I recommend the restaurant and the staff were very helpful.

Couldn’t ask for a best location. The hotel was clean and had a kitchenette. No more than one groceries store within walking distance, two restaurants, and a good wine spot. The hotel seats in a 2 minute drive from a parking lot at on the entrances of downtown. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will stay there again.

The comfort and quality this apartment hotel offers is just superb. We had a superior apartment that was equipped with literally everything up to the dish washing liquid and sponge and not to mention the other small details. Bed and pillows were ones of the most comfortable we’ve slept on in a hotel with a proper hotel quality linen. Free coffee in the morning at the reception. Plenty of private parking and a few restaurants within the building complex. Historic Siena is around 20-25 minutes walk (though uphill, so maybe better take a bus on the way up, but do walk down to avoid missing some of the most beautiful buildings and sceneries). Staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay if you are traveling by car. There is a free parking area in front of the building and you can take the 5 minutes bus to go to the city center. Just be careful at the weekends, there was no bus to come back to this area from the center, so we took a taxi. The room is clean and big, the heating was perfect. The check-in process was easy and there was a free coffee area at the reception with friendly staff. There are many restaurants around, we chose Ristorante da Michele and everything was tasty and affordable. For breakfast, Bar Pasticceria Nannini Massetana is a great choice, you can reach by car. Thank you for everything. Will visit again for sure!

First I want to say that the girl at the reception was very kind and helpfull. The parking in front of the hotel is really nice thing, so if you are coming by car, no need to worry about that, lots of space and it is free. Now about the room itself, it is very spacious, bed is really good, the AC is working good, and the room was okay cleaned. Not very close to the city center, but it is around I think 20 min walk.
